Cabin Donor Request Form

Choose up to three different dates for your visit. Dates must be between December 1, 2020 and May 31, 2021.

We carefully consider all preferences but cannot guarantee cabin location, views or specific assignments. All children and infants count toward total capacity. During peak periods, your cabin /room may not be available until 6 PM.

This includes total nightly rates plus pet and rollaway fees.

A 35% deposit of your total stay will be required. When we have booked your reservation, we will send you an email confirmation, outlining the details of your reservation, the exact amount of your 35% deposit, and the date by which it must be paid, preferably via a phone call to 888-613-9622.

If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will reach out to you by phone and/or email to discuss alternate options.

Cancellation Policy: 75% refund of your deposit if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival; no refund if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.

Change Policy: No fee for modifications made more than 30 days prior to arrival; 35% of the value of the cancelled portion of the reservation will be charged for reductions in length of stay or number of reserve units occurring within 30 days of arrival.
